Art Overload

Shredded to a couple art shows in LA with Ian. Someone teach this dude to powerslide.

First was a visual media (video) show at 1520 where some Colorado homies had some vids.

Trail Mix by Andrew Sutherland, starring Peter Sutherland.

Then we stopped by Tobi’s show.

And we ended up at Gareth’s show at Good Salon. Gareth, Julia, and Kimmy.

Gareth made some really cool custom helmets that got snatched up quick, Braydon got this Pabst gem.

Shire and Purpz.

These guys got beef.

So what the word? what’s next? Oh yeah, Nuge and slash DJ at footsies.

This damn stuffed animal game at the taco place next too footsies is bankrupting me. Almost had this damn zebra.

Oh and then when I get home Nasty is dressed up like a fruit, weird. Okay, off to Australia, try and get some good updates so you guys can stop yelling at me.

Birthday Bros

So it was officially Gareth’s birthday. At first I thought a birthday kickball game didn’t sound very tough.

But when I heard the rule that you had have a beer in hand at all times that sounded awesome, cheers to that Tamales!

Chuck on the mound, bouncy wild pitches all day.

The beer in hand rule was quickly forgotten after some senseless spillage casualties while trying to catch the balls.

You’re out fool!

You think the games over in nine innings? Nope! Over when the attention starved dogs get pissed and pop the ball.

Lil bastard.

Game over, rolled up to the Valley to shred with Boo and Keelan.

These dudes rip, fun to kick it with too.

Sped back to LA and met up for Gareth’s Korean BBQ birthday. Ordered the seafood plate for kicks since Gareth has a Dirt Squid tag.

Bro! I mean Broooooooooooooach, gimme some of that Hite fool.

Happy birthday Gareth, even though you didn’t eat the squid.
$700 dollars in beer and food, you got that right J Roy?

Muscle cars and motor cycles are pretty hot these days.

Off to The Smog Cutter for kereoke, this bar is really weird.

So the one amazing thing about this bar is the hostess is always angry and totally fucking crazy. She yells at people for not drinking enough and not buying her shots or tipping her. It’s like a free freak show, even Yuto thinks she’s nuts. That’s a video by the way, you can push play and stuff.
